CloudTouch time clocks have built in WiFi, so data is sent in real time to Lathem’s PayClock time & attendance cloud-based software, where you can access and manage employee time card info at anytime, anywhere, via your secure web portal account.

The CloudTouch Model CT72 is Lathem's fingerprint clock in reader and proximity badge scan time clock system. CloudTouch's fingerprint time clock enrollment wizard lets you add employees fingerprints in less than 30 seconds encrypting fingerprint images before sending them to the biometric engine for verification. An advanced employee fingerprint clocking in machine, the CT72 fingerprint and thumbprint scanner utilizes precise optical fingerprint scanning technology to achieve excellent image quality and superior reliability. A silicone coating allows it to read a wide range of fingerprints accurately including dry, moist or rough fingerprints.
Employees simply scan their fingerprints to verify their identity and automatically create a timestamp. This stamp is synced to a timesheet which allows managers to quickly access important data and is synced with payroll to ensure employees receive accurate and fair payment for their hours.
