The Lathem 1600E is a time clock and document stamp. One nice feature is their Tru-Align technology that helps prevent over printing, however special time cards are required. The Lathem 1600E used to include Atomic time, but no longer does. Employees clock in by aligning their time card on the side of the clock by using the clear aligning window. The machine does not calculate hours, instead hours must be calculated manually. We like the modern appearance and quality. We rate the Lathem 1600E 4 out of 5 stars.
